The Welcome Crew is a volunteer team at Unity of New Westminster that focuses on greeting people as they arrive for Sunday services and events.

Volunteers offer simple guidance, answer basic questions, and help newcomers feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.

It’s not about having all the answers — it’s about being present, kind, and approachable.
