This role helps create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable staying, talking, and building relationships.

It’s simple, hands-on, and deeply appreciated.

Help create a welcoming space
  • set up coffee, tea, or light refreshments
  • help keep the space tidy and welcoming
  • greet people in a relaxed, informal way
  • support conversation and connection after service
  • help with simple setup or cleanup
