Many of us begin the year with good intentions. We resolve to change a habit, improve a relationship, or live with more care and clarity. And then real life shows up.
In this talk, we explore why meaningful change often feels uncomfortable at first. Using one of Jesus’ everyday teachings about trying to patch new cloth onto an old garment, we look at why quick fixes rarely hold and why tension is not a sign of failure but a sign of growth. Change stretches us. It pulls at old patterns. And if we stay with it, something stronger can emerge.
