 y teachings about trying to patch new cloth onto an old garment\, we look 
 at why quick fixes rarely hold and why tension is not a sign of failure bu
 t a sign of growth. Change stretches us. It pulls at old patterns. And if 
 we stay with it\, something stronger can emerge.
