When we live from our values, and respect that others have the right to live from theirs, we maintain our well-being & integrity without intruding on the well-being of others. 

In short, we stay in our lane AND we share the road.   We can be separate... and together. 

This is self-differentiation. When we self-differentiate we are free to be ourselves, we allow others to be who they are, and we offer the most positive impact to the people around us.
